Um... "Starting bid: 2 bil" is the starting bid. The price has been lowered so I updated the post, this is the correct starting bid.

I will offer 1.5 bil. This character imho isnt worth your buyout. Its a support character and thats all it can do. It doesnt really have any offensive capabilities outside of a group. Doesnt look like it would run missions very well, has a poor standing less than a million sp in missles? As it sits right now. It can fly a good amount of ships, but it cant make any money. If you are by yourself your pretty much dead if you cant warp.
If you could rat that would be one thing , but I would have to train skills just to get into a raven to rat and then the missle skills would pretty much mean that I would be there all day trying to take down a bs.
That is the only thing that I can see wrong with it.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a support character, this is the one that you want. It will have a rock hard cap in any ship she flies 2.5 mil in electronics is nice for easy fits.
For an 11 mil sp character my 1.5 offer stands.
