I know there is quite a few of them out in Branch but that's the limit of my knowledge. Not sure if there are any in low sec.

You just have to scan the moons or get a hold of some data from someone that has. I know where quite alot are in 0.0 but that doesn't help you much since if you put a tower there it would be destroyed within a couple of days.

Random fact: it would take 16.210 bil isk to scan every moon mine-able moon in eve or double that if you use the most expensive rather than the cheapest survey probes

i have some vanadiam (1.2k ) left over from my moon mining, i also have a vanadium moon, i can set my POS back up and mine and sell it to u on a weekly basis if you want?

Also got a vanadium moon,1 jump from high sec,evemail me and i can sell it to you fairly cheap.

Before you mine it yourself make sure to do the math for the costs to fuel the tower and compare it to current sell prices in Jita.
Depending on your fuel/hauling situation it is very likely that at current prices you are much better off buying it off the market rather than mining it at a loss.

HED-GP has two vanadium moons. Good luck getting them, though.
