It may be alble to move a carrier from station to station....but it cant fit ANYTHING.. let alone a carrier. Mechanic, Drones and Electronics to name 3 skill trees, are near non existant.

In the defense of this character, nearly every SP is spent on a relevant skill. The character doesn't exactly come pre-made, sure, but it is in no way unspecialized and most of the nasty skills are taken care of.

wootchya on about willis?
 cap armor repper ( just needs the skill training to lvl 1 which I will include with the sale )
armor hardners can be used ( yes the compensation skills would be a benefical train )
Smart Bombs can use t1 with a lvl 1 skill which is already in my head
Cloaking device can be used
Not sure how you fit your carrier???
Drones, can use drones with a very quick skill train ( obviously you would want to train up all the other skills a bit ( durability, navigation )
Obviously you cant see hte full on potential of this character, yes there are skills missing, but the ones missing are all relative quick trains.
Ask yourself, would you rather train a handful of rank 1 - 5 skills or a handful of rank 5- 14 skills!?!?!?
