Indy chars have dipped recently dunno why but I have seen atleast one thread complaining about the price of Hulk capable chars falling in price. Do a quick search see what they have been selling for in the last 2-3 weeks.

about 4.5, it's got exhumers V, R&D agents, shield and missile skills, ref eff V ad tech II crystals, plus recon so it looks good
problem is that someone who might be looking for invention character might not want to pay for all the mining sp, and someone who's looking for mining alt might not want to pay extra for all the pvp sp ... but you might find a buyer who is just looking for all those things this char can offer ... 4.5 is reasonable price

Yeah, 4.5 is a pretty reasonable price, especially since a CNR and barges come w/ it.
