But if you insist, the system is fundamentally flawed because characters are not individuals. A lot of people, hell, most of them, have multiple characters. Hence, bounties are moot, they are essentially paid to the "target" as soon as they are set.

I agree on the Titan stuff,
Titan Hotdrops on caps (carriers and dreads) should be nerfed as ****. It's getting annoying.
