So today i had this crazy idea :)
Agent would come to your station and be like "Hey! you have a bunch of people in this area and we would like to set up an agent division (could be like from Caldari/Amarr/Minmatar/Gallante or even pirate factions related) depending on which part of 0.0 you are at.
This would help get rid of the tedious ratting for like 36 hours, and help make the mission runners leave empire and join a 0.0 corp/alliance because the 0.0 Agents will have better rewards, better bounties, better LP etc.

Seems bizarre. Add a stipend to the already lucrative practice of 0.0 ratting? Besides, the empires don't have any authority out there, and no infrastructure, so there could be no LP store.
I'd like to see a way to set up "mission" contracts, though.
"I see your standings are above +7.5. I believe I can trust you with this job. Take this stack of POS fuel out to ABC-12 XI - Moon 13 and dump it into the tower there. For the duration of this mission you've been given access to the bubble shield and the rights to deposit goods into the tower, but nothing else, so don't get any funny ideas. When the readouts indicate that you've followed my instructions to the letter, 5M isk will be transferred to your account.
Check the map. If you get those isotopes nuked at a gate camp, I'm keeping the collateral and might set your corp KOS, if I'm feeling especially pouty."
