I never really bothered with killboards since it's just epeen stretching (unless it's a corp/alliance trying to keep tabs on what's going on). But I'll be looking for one in the near future for my corp, which different KB's are there and what are their pros and cons?

Griefwatch for the winnnnnn my friend.
It's relatively cheap to set one up, they track player stats, etc., I'd link mine as an example but kb links are not allowed on the forums :)
Others include Eve-Dev, which imho is not so great, and Battleclinic, which has a free public killboard.

Yah use Battleclinic for now them switch latter. You'll like being able to look back at killmails and figuring out stuff.

Griefatch is sweet and good prcie for what ya get 20mill a month for a corp or 110 for 6month pakcage. and easy as **** to set up.

Is there a difference between Battleclinic free version and paid version? Because I just tried it but wasn't overly impressed.

Eve-dev killboards are good - I tried battleclinic, but didn't really like them, and I don't want to pay (griefwatch), so I ended up getting hosting off a friend and setting up an eve-dev KB. It's a bit complicated when it comes to updating it etc, but it's highly customisable and I really like it.
