Greetings MD investors! I am once more looking for some funds to expand my manufacturing capabilities.
Summary
Bond size: 4B
Rate: 8% + extension bonus
Collateral: None
Start date: February 15th
Why?
As stated, I am looking to expand my t2 module manufacturing production and need additional isk to do so.
Terms
The bond would start on February 15th and pay 8% interest for the 30 day period. Please invest in 50M increments. If you want to withdraw early we can work something out but you would loose the month's interest. 21 days after the bond's starting date, I will ask investors if they want their investement back. Investors that confirm their desire to end the bond 72 hours after the offer will recieve their principal + 8% interest those that do not reply will have their investement rolled over automaticaly for an additional 30 days and will recieve 10% interest. I reserve the right to repeat that extension offer a few times depending on how smoothly things go.
Risks
No profit: Odds of doing no profit is very low but if ever my bpos become unprofitable I can always switch to station trading.
Wardec: Shouldn't have any effect since production can be done from stations and I use courier contracts to haul.
Quit EVE: I don't see myself quitting EVE in the next 30 days.
I get hit by a bus: Let's all hope this doesn't happen.

FAQ.
Q: Why no collateral?
A: I don't have any assets worth collateral. My current NAV is around 8B most of it being ISKs and/or raw materials and low value BPOs. I also own a high sec POS and several PVP ships.
Q: Audit?
A: I don't see the point in having an audit and paying a fee for such a small bond. The audit would only find out that I have been manufacturing lately.
Q: Why 8% + extension offer?
A: I think it's a fair interest rate for a 3rd bond without collateral and the extension offer is an incentive for regular investors. It keeps me from having to stop production a few days to reimburse investors.
Q: What is this extension offer you talked about?
A: Here's an example :
John Smith invests 1B @ 8% on February 15th.
Annette invests 500M @ 8% on February 15th.
On March 7th I ask who wants their investement back.
John Smith does not reply so his 1B investement is rolled over to April 15th.
Annette needs her money to buy a new ship and wants to withdraw on March 16th.
On March 16th, John Smith recieves 10% interest on his 1B investement and Annette recieves her 500M + 8%
On April 15th John Smith recieves 1B + 8% interest if he requests his investement back at that moment.

Hello investors,
Net projected profit after PLEXing accounts and deduction of interest payments for the month will be around 1.5B at the end of the month (They stand at 1B so far). I've sent mail today to my investors to see who renews for an additional 30 days.

Hello investors,
This month's interest payments have been sent and principal has been reimbursed to Klown Walk.
The month has been great with the activity coming from both bonds combined I've managed to net out 5.5B profit after GTC and interest payments.
