OKAY people im quitting eve, had enough, finished, finatio
PS. this is all lies, wife told me its eve or her :(
so to cut a long story short, im going out with a bang, so ive just transfered 5 billion isk to my wallet as a starting pot to the worlds largest eve lottery draw. Each ticket is 1 million isk simply send the isk in a player donation to me, you will then recive an ingame mail saying ive accepted ur tickets. Then this sunday i will draw 3 random names and they will get equal split on the pot.
I have 3 golden rules
1 ticket per character, and i will send any excess isk back
2 no characters in noob corps, with names like "l337akjshdfhask" will be accepted, isk sent to me by false characters will be added to the pot
3 all entrants are asked to link this in there bio's till the end of the lotto to show fair play

Why not just arrange something with a trusted 3rd party, where he/she will collect the entry fees for the Lottery? And, on the same token, why not give them the 5 Billion ISK, so they can disburse the winnings.
Better yet, just go into a noob system, and start talking to folks, and see which ones of them strike your fancy, and just give them ISK. Since you are leaving EVE....
Or, start giving 100 Mill Chunks to proper noobs, scout them out with the Alt, make sure they are legit noobs, and give them 100 Mill a pop! Thats 50 Noobs! I am sure there will be at least a dozen smart ones who would start their careers with that 100 Mill bounty
Anyway, just some suggestions...
Oh, you can give me the 5 Billion ISK, I will hold on to it till you come back, I know, we always do. And hell I will even pay you small interest. I can provide references  .

Or better yet. keep it for when you find out that eve is more important than sex.
Or find something that she really likes and say "that or me". If she doesnt give in tell her that you are allowed hobbys to.
