Evaluating, planning, executing and realizing our political ambitions using violent warfare is our purpose and intent.
Havoc Violence and Chaos is a pure military corporation with streamlined leadership, experienced fleet commanders and tested,
competent pilots. We have the skills, experience and technology to take on many battles being outnumbered.

Hiring Philosophy
Voice communications are required and they are good natured and reasonably clean.
Our pilots are typically aged 25 to 45 with most in their 30's.
Player skill points range from 12M to 60M with the average being 20+ Million.
Maturity, family and career focus are key personal goals for our members so we constantly balance real life with the game. By design our personnel expansion is slow and steady, we will not sacrifice effectiveness for raw numbers. Our recruitment will continue so long as we keep the core commitment foremost in our minds. We have always operated with the highest levels of maturity, respect and reason. Those values will continue and are non-negotiable. We are only keeping pilots that fit into our core philosophy. The type of interpersonal and intangible skills we require are;

Requirements to Join
- 15M Skill Points minimum
- Ability to fly a BC and BS
- Ability to Fly at least a Tech 2 Support Vessel
- Good Verbal and Written English Skills

This is a great corp with a very tight group of pilots. We help each other thrive, and the more experienced pilots are always there to help the newer ones. Come fight with us and revel in the crushing of our enemies and those on the business end of our contracts.
Not to mention having a good laugh, good friends and good fun!
