It is with a heavy heart that today I take the reins of Delictum 23216.
To the directorate, the preceding months made it quite clear that Lord Scagga Laebetrovo is incapable of presiding over this fine corporation. Our extensive efforts to rehabilitate injuries sustained in the assassination attempt have made great improvements to his cognitive ability, but failed to restore the good judgement that made him a great leader. He is still a skilled pilot, who we hope will continue to serve the empire in that capacity.
It is strange to see how specific events in a person's life can shape them; and how difficult (nay, impossible) it is to reshape someone to their prime past, despite that at the core they are still the same person. It seems that with all our technology we can still not replicate or substitute for the experiences of our past.
The works of the visionary Mourn Marek, formerly of great consolation to this once great leader, now inspires only madness with his mind; as he, without proper perspective, draws the most incorrect conclusions.
How much of the corporation that can be salvaged remains to be seen, as much of the corporation structure was under the personal control of the CEO. ______________________________________________ -You can never earn my respect, only lose it. Lord Scagga is a great man and will always be an inspiration to the ammatar pilots. He has given us back our pride. Before him, our people only had a handful of pod-pilots. Now, we have many.
I, too am worried about his behaviour since the attack. Scagga, I wish you well but you must stay true to our people and the Mandate. Don't abandon those of us who stay in Derelik.
Nomakai. We don't always see eye to eye on corporate matters. I feel that without our lord we all have to focus, in our own ways, on rebuilding the capacity of our pilots and the strength of the Mandate.
It is thus with great sadness that I resign from Delictum. |

*Nebulous laughs* At last the traitors show just how totally spineless they are by allowing a true amarr to take control of them, of course it is no secret the ammatar are just puppets to the amarr, but this just shows it in the full view of everyone.

I've learnt to expect this from Delictum - they never get anywhere without an Amarrian whipping them for three quarters of the journey. But something tells me even the Ammatar are getting tired - they've got people leaving now! ----- "I am prepared to meet my maker; whether my maker is prepared for the great ordeal of meeting me is another matter." |

For the sake of the little Matari blood that is left in your venes why don't you at least pretend you are making decisions for your own and don't just receive orders from your Amarrian masters ... You are humiliating yourself.

You assume that Truth and the Path of Elightenment must be forced, and cannot be perceived, de novo, by those who have heard the call of God. There are truths and laws in the universe that none need to enforce, they simply "are"...such as gravity and the speed of light.
The word of God is one such constant to those who can percieve Him. And to those who cannot hear Him, you do not have my hate, but my pity. Still, if you resist His works and move to stay the hand of His followers, while you will have my pity you will not see mercy from me.
For one who seems to despise following orders, I cannot help but notice how proudly you wear the badge of Ushra'Khan. Am I to assume you have no structure of command that you yourself follow?
My friend, we all have dogma and agendas we feel in our souls, and we each do our best to do what is right based upon these beliefs as each of us sees fit. Only in the end will we see who is right and who is wrong, who has been misguided and who has been inspired by the divine hand which guides us all....whether we see that hand or not.
I feel that Delictum 23126 has chosen the correct path without outside influences by looking inward and finding what is right...

Lord Delateriel, I wish you luck on this new step on your path, as I wish it to Delictum 23216. You have a new and fine leader, taking the place of the old will be hard, but you will have to endure and be strong. There are dark times ahead, for all of us, as the problems in the Bleak Lands prove, and I am sure that the Mandate will need all the strength of Delictum now, as it has for a long time. May God be with you all.

It is obvious that Lord Scagga's clone mind has been overtaken by a malicious artificial construct created by the enemies of the glorious Mandate. The recent assasination attempt on his life an inside job, and no doubt also weakened his considerable mental defences thus allowing this invasion to succeed. How else would his sudden and inexplicable abandonment of the Cause be explained?
It is truly a dark day, when the finest and truest of the Ammatar fall to such foul deeds. Those who faithfully follow him in this altered state should know that they risk playing into the hands of our foes, and those who seek to profit by this calamity should know that the day will come when they face persecution for this crime.
Our only hope is to recover the true personality of our lord, bring the guilty to the justice they so richly deserve, and end these dark days before the enemy has the corp eaten from within!

Oh, so when someone turns away from the narrow-minded path that the Ammatar tread, it must be the work of a malicious, outside entity?

I feel that Lord Scagga thinks he has been given a mission by God... my fellow soldiers of faith in Delictum 23216 must work in the spirit of our organization's ideals, while Lord Scagga travels. I think this is something he needs to do on his own or he would have ordered us as a corporation to help fulfill his vision.
Faith and diligence are our duty, the time will come when Lord Scagga is back among us. We must continue to work towards bringing our heathen brethren within Matari tribes into God's grace and light. This is a sacred duty which has always been rewarding and fulfilling, I'm sure Lord Nomakai will agree.

This malicious construct could in fact come from Shern or one of Shern's industrial cohorts. I've suspected them for a long time. It could be the result of an attempted power grab directly from Shern or by an hidden agent underling acting solo in an attempt to vault Shern to the position of CEO. No doubt Scagga suffered from a severe case of 'Lesser Race Syndrome'. This is a very common malady among those who serve the Amarr; the only know cure is to remove the LRS victim from any position of influence, and replace them with a member of the master race. Any Ammatar pilots who still retain positions carrying any but the most trivial amount of influence should be sure to smooch as much Amarrian posterior as possible to immunize themselves from this often deadly disease. I suggest investing in a good pair of kneepads, as well.
On another note, congradulations to Shern for making that first small step on the road to self-determination. May you some day fly free.

You should be the last one spouting such non sense. This statement proves why you are so simple minded. I attended the Republic Military School just like you, insulting your self was not in the curriculum. Thus you must get these teachings from your misguided warlords. At times I can see why people believe we Minmatar are inferior, it is people like you that bring our race down. Have some self respect Sebiestor.

You are aware of my culture's religion, our belief in death and rebirth, yes, Ms. Durgah? Our belief in reincarnation? Allow me to assure you that were Scagga to die a thousand times, I doubt even the Gods could find anything more wretched than what it inhabits now to put his soul in.

Yet another misinformed pilot. You let Ushra'Khan propaganda seep into your brain uncontested. If you even knew the background of Delictum 23216 you would not make such foolish statements, especially coming from a Gallente. You know nothing of The Way of the Intaki. The Nefantar sold out their own people, their own heritage, their own history, to bow down to a false God, and to receive bigger scraps from the table of a brutal, genocidal army.
