OK. So any way you could add "some" intelligence to the Agents. I know it's a dumb request but for god's sake... after 18 or more missions you'd think the guy would stop asking "Who might you be?" Just a personal annoyance. 
Also I am flying a rifter. I often get cargo missions and hate them. But if I don't do them or say no the guy gives me crappy missions or gets ticked off. It would be nice if they could offer more than one mission and you could pick the most profitable one or the one suited to your in-game style, be it fighter, resource gatherer or delivery boy.
More choices is better, without the backlash.

A selection of missions would be fantastic the "Take it or leave it" policy seems silly. Its even worse that for just asking what jobs might be on offer then not doing them you get penalised.

yep... I got one mission where I just didn't have enough cargo space so had to make 2 trips and lost my time bonus.
Also I was on one mission that I completed really fast, in under 15 min, but the people I was supposed to save got wasted into biological goo and the guy was ticked at me. Small annoyances but still...

Your agent works hard all day, he has stuff to do too you know... he graciously gives you some work and your surprised hes ticked-off when u refuse!?!?! I dunno, some people...

You're probably working for the wrong kind of agent/corp.
My Republic Navy agents haven't given me a job my Breacher couldn't handle. Mostly they want me to kill stuff.

The agent will become real friendly and nice when you have your standing with him/her at +9.0 or higher.
