This sort of thing would be fun to me if I could join and leave at will, but for the most part it ruins the sence of role play in the game. If I wanted heads up cmpetition all the time I would play something like WoW. But I don't becuase it nothing but mindless grinding. That's why I play EVE instead. Have fun RvB but this really isn't the place for that sort of thing IMHO.

But it's not the first inception, and the fact that it took off this time means that pvp in eve has been going crappier by the day.
People have finally agreeing to consentual pvp in order to see some real action.

Many of us are past caring about the why's and wherefore's, we've been there and done it, all we're looking for is the fight.
I don't disagree with your posts, although I know nothing of WoW, the whole magic and goblins thing never appealed to me. We just wanted to create a war people could fight in as they pleased.

I joined yesterday, and i must say.
This ROCKS!
I've had more kills in one day than i've had in 4 months in 0.0.
If you want to learn pvp and have fun this is the place to go, i rarely went out on my own in 0.0 cause i'd just get my ass handed to me (which is why i got kicked from my corp in the first place, lack of pvp and inexperience), i see rvb as a great opporunity for something really fun and i hope it never ends :)
