1.) Variety of mines; small, medium, large. Large should be about the same damage as a torpedo and roughly the same cost of one. Illegal to place them in empire space though.
2.) Yamato cannon ;) A battleship-only weapon, that charges up from the capacitor. It starts charging, and can be fired at any time; the more cap has gone into it, the more damage it will deal. If it reaches its max value (related to total cap of the ship), it disperses (so you can't just keep a stored up max damage hit and wait for someone to come by).
3.) Rapidly deployable decoys that distract incoming missiles; has a "chance" to distract, a percentage perhaps 75%. Downside: has the same effect on your own missiles. So this is moreso a countermeasure for turret ships now that missiles can no longer be targeted.

webifyer has a range of 10km i want something that has a range of 50km maybe as a webifyer small medium and large sizes, med slot.

Warp interdictor
Takes a BS with top grid to operate
Effect: generates a burst that stops all warp out (but not warp in) attempts in a 150k radius for 5 minutes and reduces MWD to 50% speed.
Can't use another warp interdictor for 10 mins in the same area
