QUick query to see if anybody else is getting T2Cs and RAMs/RDBs dropping as loot from NPC mission kills

i have not had any for a while.
I was going to suggest aside from the bp's that T2 tech should be added to convoy loot tables (in good quantity) as it makes sense for them to be shipping the stuff.

So far the only drops have been Components for me, No RAMs/RDBs has dropped yet.

components and a skill book so far.
I really don't like thinking how many missions I've done over time, or how long they've taken on average. |

The bounty hunter Obunga (whitch I belive is flying a tech 2 cruiser) has been dropping tech 2 components and skill books since christmas. He also used to drop standart implants.

Obunga is the only of the named bounty hunters I havn't killed, but none of the other high bounty ones (Schmidt, Olufami, Elena Gazky) has ever dropped anything tech 2 related for me.
I've only been getting tech 2 items since the last patch, and only from the Merc Commanders.

A lot of people are taking me up on my old buy orders for RAM, so it looks like they are being given as rewards to some players

The 85k Mercenary Commander npc seems to be dropping t2 parts. I have had a several units of components, and even a RAM from them so far.

a 85k mercernary commander dropped one RAM electronics for me. 
only commander i encountered so far.

I got a RAM of some sort and some rolled plates (for amarr ship armor or something like that)...
Btw could someone confirm if the rats still drop implants!?

Yup, had some dropping when I was killing things... made me wonder why I bothered doing Agent missions if this stuff starts dropping from rats now.
