subj - in 0 systems. we are small corp but plans are big :) we have business in hisec systems. but we want to expand and get some expirence in 0 systems... so - our corp are looking for alliance to rent one system to settle... get some mining and hunting... who can help? :) we ready to pay.

You should contact the CVA. There is no 'rent'. Drop a line to someone (other than myself, not on much right now) in game and see if the situation is beneficial.

This was done once, needless to say it was both clever and funny.
Also needless to say it was not a goon that did it.
Since then everytime this topic comes up a Goon trots out this line as if it is actually original and funny.

You could also contact alliance diplomats rather than have people "broker" deals for you.
