Would it be possible implement something that allows a corp/player to have a sales blacklist. So that nothing being sold from that player would be sold to people on the list. Maybe something like the 'blocked' list on the chat. You could add specific players, or another corp to the list.
This could help stop 'terrorist'(pirate) funding and create a sort of black market for others.

Ooooooooo.. good idea... maybe some kind of list, like the ADD RECIPIENT list on the SEND MESSAGE window, where you can add people in your addressbook/blocked list to this blacklist and then those people won't see the item for sale.

Tie it to standing, corporate/individual/whatever. Make it customizable, and have a sell order option for having your sell-filters applied to it.

Yeah a general security status option would be good.. ie selling to anyoone with Sec status 0.0 and up and such, but also have it blocked by person as well (if possible) ------------------------------------------- If you kill them, they will die!

Coupled with that it would be useful to have some filters on the minimum buy/sell price in the advanced market. I'd like to be able to ignore all buy orders with an ISK value less than the NPC value of the recycled minerals. Also I'd like to be able to customise the base value for each item. It would really tidy things up when you're quickly checking prices and all you see are all the looney 10 ISK for a cruiser type orders.

If they are going to do this then they should just do a generic ACL (access control list) engine that we can then apply to many things, like player built sentry guns, stargates, sation docking, station services, market buying and selling etc.

Matching rules for the regional markets will always be arbitrary (type, price, range (possibly minimum volume)).
Having more matching criteria will break all theories on perfect market. We will however add black-markets which will be station based, through them you can achieve much of what you want

plz include also the ability to resolve different systems to stations, so that you can look which station in an other system is buying/sell instead of jumping there, docking and pulling up the system market. -----------------------------------------------

The idea has merit. The only problem that I see is that you could have your alt with a positive security rating buy the item(ship or whatever) and then trade it to someone else in the corp that you are trying to not sell to.

Not worth the trouble in any case. those who play low security characters almost always are smart enough to have a second account or at least a higher sec character to do their shopping.

Good Idea. May not have the effects as predicted but these are some interesting things to think about and read.

How about the ability to put buy orders in for only a certain quanity. For example, put a region buy in for isogen at 50 isk with a minium 1000 mineral order. That way I don't have to travel 20 jumps for the 5 isogen someone sold me.

I'd also like to be able to see *who* you are buying an item from beforehand... that way you have the ability to 'boycott' a player or group. As it is, you can't see who you are buying from until after you've bought the item.
