The Links can be viewed without any registeration or obligations. Free for all, so to speak ^_^ I pay 2mil ISK for links. However, if you post a link that's working ingame, neglecting corporate webpages, or similar, you will receive 5mil ISK per link. I'M RICH! others have found only few broken links,and those have been fixed soon after. you could try to use www.3v3-online.com if your in U.S., as it's hosted thereabout. the unakarakta.info is hosted in Finland, and we had a major break in international connections today, so that would explain the site beeing down / slow.
