Is there a way to expand Drone Bay in the ship? Thanks!

Generally no.
There are some exceptions. The Ishkur (an assault frigate drone boat) has a bonus to drone bay size per Assault Frigate skill level, for instance.
There's no specific module or skill to boost the bay on just any ship, though.

No, there is not, sorry. Your only options are to get a bigger ship with a bigger drone bay, or make do with what you have.

I kinda wish there was a way to expand the drone bay. There's modules for most other things, like expanded cargo. Might be balance issues at stake though.

Not really. Expanding the drone bay increases the amount of damage a ship is capable of doing, and can potentially upset the game balance.
If you like drones, check out the Vexor, Myrmidon, Dominix, and for T2 ships Ishkur and Ishtar. These are the Gallente Drone Boats, and have no need for a larger drone bay.

Yeah, for most non-Galente ships, drones are an afterthought, you get space for like 1 or 2 in case of emergency or something, and increasing the drone bay of these ships would indeed increase their damage potential via more drones.
But I think they're just trying to keep the flavor that Galente ships are drone ships, and everyone else is not. It would be like asking them to put more missile slots (not high slots, just the ability to replace some turrets with missiles) on all ships.

Actually, it's not such a bad idea now that Drone Bandwidth is here.
A Dronebay Expander module to allow a wider selection of choices in the dronebay, but still only able to field the set limited amount.

Or let people "reload" drones from the cargo hold into the drone bay like any other type of ammo.

Gallente vs Caldari in the war a while ago, read in the Chronicles, they were basically the only way to keep the Caldari from owning them in the war. So Gallente are basically a Drone race? Or something, I dunno.
Spawned from mines, to mobile mines, and eventually to drones.
