Our corp is looking for an alliance after we finish off this war. We are looking for an alliance that either controls or has plans in the future to claim 0.0 Space. We were a generally more Industrious corp, but as we have shown in this war, we have quite a set of teeth.
We are currently only 23 members but we will be opening recruitment back up once our wars are over. We have a carrier pilot and a carrier, another one almost at the point where he can fly one, and another character that is getting ready to train up Dreadnaughts. One of the carrier pilots will also be training up the Rorqual. We have a large and small tower ready to go if required of us.
We have put in place to do more combat training in the future for all members, it will be a requirement as to being part of the corp, wether they are industry based or not, we want them to be able to defend themselves somewhat, at the very least a semi hardy tackler.
The alliance we are looking for can't be that huge needy alliance either. Now I and the corp understand that if we are going to be making a claim for 0.0 some serious work is required but, we are the firm believer that family and real life always comes before EVE and will never put the restriction on the player that they have to be on. We also will not force our members to participate in every action the alliance takes. If they have done their part or more, we are not going to tell them to stop running missions for the day and come out and camp a gate for 4 hours. People need to enjoy EVE, it is not a job. That being said, we do expect participation from our members, just not 100% of the time. Now if it is an emergency such as our station is under siege by the rest of EVE, you better believe we will make sure they are there, but if it is standard ops and warring and they have been doing their part they are entitled to a little time off. We will also not force our members on Team Speak or Vent if they arenÆt participating in combat. We will encourage it as it is fun, but if they are just on screwing around or what not and they have something that prevents them from being on such as a wife or children then oh well.

Please take the time to read the above post that is why I wrote it all. We are n ot looking for an alliance with mandatory ops 5-6 days a week as we were just spoken to about.
