CobraBytez GoonFleet GoonSwarm	Posted - 2008.01.19 11:13:00 - [1] I felt the need to correct the historical record, now that we have reached the tail end of the Great War. Much has been said about how hopelessly outmatched GoonSwarm was during the height of BoB's power, and the heroic resistance that the Redswarm Federation mounted to finally stop and reverse their relentless march east. During the occupation of 9-9, GoonSwarm had a CSAA running in the XGH system. Using the strength of their two titans and immense capital fleet, BoB destroyed the POS and the CSAA. Unknown to anyone except three GoonSwarm directors and then-CEO The Mittani, the POS contained all of the minerals required to build GoonSwarm's first Erebus-class Titan. The Goons were waiting for the BPO to arrive from Red Alliance, so that the construction could begin. Although construction did not technically start, I think it would be fair to classify it as the second Titan lost due to the CSAA being destroyed (after LV's Avatar in JV1V). If you are wondering why I chose to talk about this now, it's because I'm mostly burned out on Eve and I just wanted to clear the air. I was the largest financial contributor to the construction of that particular Titan (about 80%, the rest being filled out by the remainder of the Titan fund), and the other two directors were Grayton (who helped put the POS together and move the necessary minerals) and deadtear (who oversaw the project and prevented details from being leaked to the public). The loss was a huge blow to director morale, and was probably a big contributor to The Mittani's burn out a short time later. The directorate than promised that the details would never be released to the public until the war was over. Obviously, I decided to let it be known a bit earlier. And that's that. Good kill, Molle.

This post fails at both... It's just rubbish, leave the propaganda to somebody else! Being a goon - and thus reputation by association - you're going to have to produce alot more evidence than just your words.

Mrs Masocist SUPER AWESOME COOL	Posted - 2008.01.20 02:41:00 - [31] We've tried to build like 7 [titans] but things keep going wrong - in date order: 1st) was 'the big annoucement' in which some GF guy won the lottery and told rem he'd buy a titan but didn't 2nd) we raised half the isk but then buff daddy ran off with all the cash 3rd) we bought a **TON of firesale minerals + titan components off of MWA and DSA in omist, started a titan building down in south tenerfis (I think) since it was a huge pain to move the stuff far and then got the tower blown up when bob reinvaded. 4th) we rasied half the isk again but spent it all on towering up and retaking detroid 5th) we raised all the isk but rem ran off with it 6th) we had one building a few months ago and then forgot to fuel the tower so the job got cancelled and then interdiction blew up the hanger. 7th) we got all the minerals together (again), commisioned a guy from some other alliance (not naming names) to build it, and he took all the minerals and ran off The last one happened just before I quit being a director. AFAIK, we have pretty much decided '** it' and will either try to buy one off someone else or not bother. edit: I forgot one, it was actually 7 attempts

It was a ragnarok class titan that came out of the oven back in October and was promptly named "Elvis". We were sure it would help turn the tide of war. As is normal for myself I had been consuming alot of liquor when I remembered that I need to reset my clone. I flew Elvis to a deep deep safe spot and ejected in a pod so I could return to a station and deal with my clone. After doing that I tried to return where I left it but I could not quite remember where. Elvis was never found. Some say it was destroyed... others think it was spirited away by aliens and may return one day. You might ask me why after this time reveal this hidden information? My answer would be to set the historical record straight and confession is good for the soul. After half a week of trying to remember where I left it I finally pinned down the approximate location of it and all I was able to locate was a small secure can with a bookmark inside of it. The name on that bookmark just read "Thank you.... thank you very much"
