Are those ETC Retailers listed by CCP below the 'My Account' section can be trust worthy? Is just i'm going to buy some ETC but few sites appears not quite valid as it should be, i just thinking which to trust. Battleclinic one seems ok right?

how good are Eve Codes? they dont look like they call your before you buy, plus you ay with paypal

I ordered a Ninety Day card from Eve Codes and they were the worst of anyone I have ever done business with. First off I paid via Paypal, that I was glad of, and got the confirmation immediately from Paypal. About 10 minuets later got the confirmation from Eve-Codes that they had accepted my payment. When I confirmed on the Eve-Code Sites, said it would take 24 hours to get the codes to me. No biggie, I can wait.
Well 2 days later I had never heard anything from anyone or anything. So sent an email to Simeon Mitev, the owner/operator of Eve-Codes. Never heard a word from him/her. So contacted Paypal to start a Dispute. After Paypal sent him/her the message, I finally got a response from him/her. Basically he had ran out of codes and would be able to send them to me on the following Monday. I had originally ordered the codes on Tuesday, and this was Friday when I got the response. I told him/her, via Paypal, that was acceptable and I could wait until Monday.
Well Monday came and nothing. Tuesday and still nothing. So contacted him/her via Paypal, through the Dispute Email, and basically said that I had waited until all of Monday and it was Tuesday and still had not heard anything from Him/Her. About 6 hours later I get an email from Paypal stating that my money had been refunded. CRAP, I didn't want my money back I wanted the Codes.
Anyway, then it takes 2 to 3 days for the credit to show up on your CC. So basically what I am saying is that it took over a week and 4/5 days to get my money back for codes I had paid for, that I never got.
Went to ShatteredCrystalls and took me about 30 minutes to get the same codes as I was a new custormer. But ever since then it is an instant transaction and they TOO take Paypal.
What I am trying to say it DO NOT TRUST EVE-CODES for the ETC. I filed a complaint with CCP and I see they have not taken the EVE-CODES Site down, but they did credit my account for 7 days for the problem. I guess more than one person has to file a complaint with CCP to get them removed. Which is understandable. But if you have ever had problems with Eve-Codes, please let CCP know.

Battleclinic are decent and do not call to verify, but they have a tendency to run out of codes. I use them mostly and shatteredcrystal when they run out.
Make sure paypal has your correct phone number primary if you order from shatteredcrystal.

I don't trust gtc sellers that don't verify if the credit card belongs to its right owner. So i boycott Battle Clinic.
Why ?
You can't transfer cash from a stolen directly to your bank account. Obvious reason.
You can buy huge amount of GTC from stolen credit cards, sell GTC, sell Isk (its anti eula, but you won't go in jail for that). You got clean cash on you legal account.
Boycott battle clinic and other GTC sellers that don't verify =p

2) Change Paypal account contact address to a neighborhood you know and phone number to a payphone.
3) As above.

Shatteredcrystal, almost instantaneous after the first time. For a first timer, 30 to 60 minutes for the callback at your place. Very decent and they answer querries promptly.

I've used Eve Time Code and Battleclinic Deep Space Supply both without problem.
The Battleclinic shop limits me to only 3 gtc's at a time now though like I'm a farmer or something
Eve Time Code took about an hour to call me to verify everything but it was quick and once I hung up with the guy I had the e-mail with the codes.
Everyone raves about shattered crystal so I can only assume they kick butt too

ShatteredCrystal are the only people I use for my GTCs. You have to go through an ID check over the phone when placing your first order using details you provided when placing your order but once thats out of the way you get your code(s) as soon as your payment clears.

I use ShatteredCrystal, First time they call you to check your identity then you get white listed and get the codes straight away.

I've used shatteredcrystal too.
Guess they, shattered, must have had a hard time, taking into consideration they actually had to dig up facts about Kangerlussuaq/Sondrestrom in Greenland before calling me :-)
