do i need any skills using the pos laboratory or am i just doing smth wrong cause it says im too far away even at the thing itself.

ok here we go
- All jobs MUST be run from a corp hangar
- You need the skill Scientific Networking to allow the BPO to stay in the SAME solarsystem station, it does not allow the BPO to be anywhere outside the same system as the POS Labs
- If you are using any materials in the job (like T2 material bpo researching) those materials MUST be in the POS Lab
- You need "Factory Manager" and "Rent Research Slot" corp roles to be able to use POS Labs

Yes they do
Either the BP has to be in the office corp hanger of the same system of the POS
OR in the mobile lab

No they don't
All POS based jobs for research, invention, manufacturing, must have the blueprints and materials in the lab itself (a corp hangar) and the blueprint may instead be in an office in the same system as the POS (also corp hangar)..
So um.. yes they do. try it.
With ME/PE research they can be in a corp hangar of another corp in the alliance, but still a corp hangar.
