Hello. I'm the team captain of the Cruel Intentions team. We came in 3-4th in the last tournament and would very much enjoy getting to take part again.

Apparently, Red Skull decided to pull out, a decision made by their team leader Trevedian. He confirmed this to GM Nova who relayed the message to Mindstar who then sent me the mail. As the apparent first substitutes, Cruel Intentions took the spot of TRS in the tournament.
A couple of days later, Nova reverts his decision due to heavy TRS forum whinage, and apparently accepts that Red Skulls leader (and the person who paid their deposit) does not have the power to withdraw them.
To be honest, I don't really care how you decide this. I just want truthful answers instead of this ridiculous side-stepping around responsibility.
Nova, you accepted Trevedian's resignation. You made the decision. What changed?
Also, if you arn't going to re-admit us into the tournament then at least refund the entry fee.

I think that's a pretty accurate description of it, I mean, no offense but as a relatively neutral party I found the red skulls to be quite whiney.
Oh and since I'm giving unsolicited opinions and generally being annoying;
I kinda want Cruel Intentions back in the tournament, but I also want Vegeta on the IAC teams, also I don't really care that much either way, but BoB should definitely get a spot in the tourney so I can get revenge on them finally for 1st and 2nd tournament ;[
In conclusion; need moar worthy competitors, HUN, BoB and CI are topnotch teams like PL and (nobody else currently signed up for the tournament)

Wasnt the story more like that Trev wanted to pvp with CI and not with TRS so he pulled his old team (TRS) out to get his new team (CI) in?
Thats the story ive heard so far.

Ok friends, the reason I havent posted on any of this is as far as I am concerened.. its nobodies business  but TRS(and maybe CI). I did post saying I would try to find out what is going on and that is exactly what I did. In short the reason you saw the posts wondering WTF happened by Red Skull members is because we NEVER withdrew, and were never informed until they saw it on the forums. So the typical reaction.. is WTF?! lol To me that does not constitute whining, but each to his own with there opinions. :)
The facts are only the executor corp can withdraw from the tourney. These are the rules. CCP made a mistake and they fixed it. I apologize to CI and everyone involved for all of the confusion, but as Trev said in the end I am sure all will work out..
