Looking to hire corps for random irritation of my clientĘs enemies. I need mercenaries, thieves and murders. Looking for corps and thier bids on activities that adversely effect the enemies of my clients (two corps atm). After all, dirty dark under-world dealings are not the place for the pristine reputation attain by certain corporations, but rather the domain of the bastardly.

kinda makes me wish corporate branding was enforced so that you could look at a battleship and say ooo XXX corp sold em it, lets get them.
Or, XXX corp hides in safe space so lets go after XXX corps clients.
Then add a skill that allows for a set % of the manufacture cost the ability to "erase" the branding. Kinda like stolen cars with the part numbers removed. Then you could add another option for even more isk that could allow a fake branding to be made, so corp XXX makes goods and sells them, but they look like they came from corp YYY. With a percentage chance of the forgery failing and not been possible to try again on that item.
Finally there would be a way to start wars between corps :)

I guess M00 and EVOL are too busy atm to offer themselves. 
On another note, you could wonder at the irony if the corps that were meant to be targeted both(all) offered their services and were set against each other.

I'd say RKK are defintaley people who know what they are doing.
mercenray frigates can also herass prople for a fee, but we tend to get bored quickly
