This will be our first attempt of doing a BPO lottery. I have tried b4 and there was a issue about the random number generator that I would be using so this time I and going to be using the USA Georgia Mega Millions The Powerball # as the winning # that way there is no chance of any forgery on my part because that is a state wide lottery drawing.
MEGA MILLIONS drawings are televised every Tuesday and Friday night at approximately 11:00 PM EST.
There will be 46 tickets available in this drawing.
Each ticket will cost 45 mill isk
Isk Paid to Prodigy Z
The Drawing will take place on the first Tuesday or Friday after all tickets are sold.
I am hoping that this will go off good.
There will be a Beginning of the drawing door prize for the person who has the most referrals including their own.
 The Referral BonusĘs will be 100 mill isk

Numbers will be updated every day And please when u send isk please put in the subject line your # pick's and make shure that the character who is placing the pick on the forum's is the same character that sends the isk to me.
If this lottery goes well then there will be several more lottery's with different items.

how about a little bit on who you are and what other lotteries you have run and is there any collateral put up with third party to back this initiative of yours?

Keep lotteries out of "sell" section. Do it in events instead...

Well I have been playing eve for a long time. I have started up a freightor service Which has gone very well My Freightor service. I have tried 1 other lottery but that didnt work because of me using the random number generator which I have saw other people use so this lottery I am using a state regulated lottery so there will be no chance of any one accusing me of rigging the numbers to keep the drawing fair.

I have seen different people do there lotterys in this channel that is why i am using it.

reply to ander, if you read on the events forum they want to get rid of them from there as well since people who run lotteries do it to make money. not to mention your selling tickets. As far as i'm concerned lotteries can stay here while in-game events can stay in the events.
Prodigy, if you do get a 3rd party to secure the isk for everything than i'll buy a ticket from ya. evemail me and we'll work things out.

I have contacted Chribba's 3rd party service and he has informed me that right now he is swamped with work for the next few weeks. So I am still going to go ahead with this lottery.
And i will be having him help me later own down the line when he dont have so many jobs going on at once.
