I have just spent the last 5 days with the same lvl 3 agent. I am on my 15th Important mission and no Implants. I have yet to receive an Implant from this agent. I have never refused a mission and have completed all missions. Does this constitute a broken agent or are there agents in this game that just do not give out implant missions?

The important missions have been severly tweaked lately.
Its all about randomness. They have increased the odds of not getting implants. They would call your randomness bad luck. The factors that I believe effect this is standing to agent, quality of agent, the corp of the agent, and the refusal of missions. So any one could be causing the results.

its random - I once did 150 missions - no implants - and then got 6 in a week!

I do not know how to find how many missions I have done with this agent but I just received my 16th Important mission (all the same kill mission) and still no Implants from this agent. This really sucks.

In your char sheet, right-click on your standings with that agent and view the transactions. Count the pages, multiply with 25 and you get your total missions done for that agent (except for important ones, those you see in the transactions of the corp)

110 not counting Important missions so 126 and counting with no Implants offered........time to hit a different agent.

Trinity my standing with Federal Administration was 7+ befor I got my first Implant there. Thats called bad luck. Thats it.

Is it true that u need atleast 5 in standing towards the agetns corp, before he will give u implants?

Nope, I got 2 implants with standing between 4.0 and 4.25.. this with a -20 qual agent. Switched up to a better +17 qual agent and now no implants.. Have gone from 4.25 to past 6.00 standing without one so far.

There is alot of luck, I've had some agents who've I've done a ton of missions for without an implant, another time I got an implant on my second mission for an agent.

Have to agree something has been done to stop the implants. I have a faction standing over 8, a corp standing over 8 and an effective quality of 27 with my agent. Also i use the best agent possible for this corporation. Before the patch i was getting a memory implant every 3/4 important missions. I keep a tally of what i do so i know. since patch i have now completed over 20 important missions and only had 1 implant from same agent. This is with the Pator tech school. i have noticed that the rewards are not so good as well.
In a word this sucks as the missions which are mostly long courier ones take quite a while to do.

I've done hundreds of missions for my lvl 3 agent, with many important missions included in that total and I have NEVER EVER received an implant. I've just given up as there doesn't seem to be an avenue for me to pursue to see if the system is broken or not. Resign yourself to the belief that you will never get one (like I have) and you won't be disappointed. FUN FUN FUN!
