unfortunately, me and my sister are probably at the minimum two months from being t3 builder specced for at least one race. =(
and we're probably going to cost someone if they're still looking for such a character maybe 1 . 5 to 2 billion if that because we won't have too many skill points.
that's if someone doesn't see that we're near being t2 inventors first and manufacturing chars.

I definitely will do that. I know I need Caldari Starship Engineering to level 5 and jury rigging to level 5, too. I'm almost done with Mechanics 5 so I can inject Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Engineering also, which will lead me into the invention phase.
I have a bigger brother but unfortunately, he's not for sale unless someone wants to throw 100 billion his way.
of course, people will say he's nuts but when you can build almost everything that eve has to offer minus those crazy cosmo level 4 doodads, who gives a hoot, right?
I do know one thing, though. you give him a system in which he can build your caps and supers, without worrying about getting his ass shot every five seconds and he'll do it. 
he was meant to build the big boys.
I'll keep you in mind Reileen if you haven't found your characters in two months.

Just curious, what skills do you want exactly? I have a character that can have the Reverse Engineering skill up soon and has invention skills off to a good start. she might be for sale if the price is right but I'd like to know what other skills are a must for you.

What Phantom said...
Reverse Engineering only needs to be at level 1
It needs all the relevent subsystem skils trained to 4 (Offensive, Defensive etc) and I dont mean the sub-system skill to fly the ship.
Jury rigging and the relevent racial Starship engineering skill needs to be at 5 (Caldari prefered) and of course Cruiser Construction at 5.

Just out of curiosity, Reileen, do you really need level 4 for all the subsystems skills to invent the subs?
I mean here's my eveboard link and you can see I don't have them at level 4 but yet I have invented all the subs with ease at my current cheesy levels lol.

btw, http://eveboard.com/pilot/phantom_rebel_Islander , my poor little sister if I did it right, would take approximately 88 days to have all the subsystems skills at level 4 plus ofc Cruiser Construction level 5 and Jury Rigging 5 plus all the science skills needed for the subsystems skills.

Thanks Reileen. I kind of figured that's what you were going to say.
Every mad scientist has their beliefs and experiences.
Unfortunately, a lot of people would love me to join their corp(s)/alliances so I can build them nice shiny ships for them so they can play in the sandbox.
It has to be ungodly amount for me to sell myself and of course people will say I'm crazy and my answer to them is: damn skippy I am crazy because I'm a mad scientist. I'm worth every shiny isky I ask for in the end.
I love to build and invent for the sheer enjoyment.
Just sad for me because I'm training my two little sisters to be like me but I got 3 years on them as far as training goes and I'm going to go through the same pains with them to be like me.
I don't even think if someone offered me 100 billion I could sell myself even though the thought did make me smile.
Actually, I would sell myself for 100 billion (maybe) because someone dear to me would kill me if I didn't.

Also she flies an orca and exhumers perfectly.

Hi and thanks for your offer.
I will have to pass as it does not have the skills to build said T3 ships or components.
As an example, to build a Tengu you need.....
Industry 5, Cruiser Construction 5, Caldari Starship Engineering 5 and Mechanical Engineering at 4.
