So i got the best amarr navy lvl3 agent now.
Amarr Empire 2.56
Amarr Navy 5.81
Agent standing 3.12 Quality 19, Eff. Quality 32
When do i get an implant and how? Do i have to do important missions or do they drop?

What i found out working for the federation navy, is you recieve implants with important missions,
You may need to get our agent rating closer to 5.0 before they start offering them to you.

I just received my first perception implant since castor last night from Amarr Navy. There is no secret recipe to getting implants, its all random. So just keep at missions and eventually you'll get an implant mission. The implant mission was an important mission.

as stated implants come with important missions.
your supposed to get an imporant missions every 20-30 missions? or summit like that.
note there are 3 types of important mission im aware of...
freelance miner
where you have to supply X ammount of mins
Kill the mercenary dudes
where u gotta kill some rats
transaction data log courier
where you have to haul 400 m3 of logs.
THIS ONE GIVES THE PLANT.
i think the fequency you get an imporant mission is fairly fixed. however which imporant missions you get is random.
hence some people get more implant imporantant mission than others.
if i have an implant mission everytime i get the important kill mission i whould have shed load of plants by now.

I had only important standing missions which increase my standing by 0.2 or more, not sure at this one. After doing the same mission again i received the transport mission. But i still think that implant missions come with a certain amount of corp and agent standing and not with some kind of lottery like R%D agents.
Some1 said that with his navy standing some other standing raised. I checked my standing with other corps but no difference so far. Which corps r effected by my amarr navy standing?

I work for the Amarr navy and have only ever recieved 1 implant and that was from an npc drop during the mission, not a reward. My standing is almost 6 now so you could guess how many missions I have done, I've never rejected a mission either, must be the unluckiest person in the game!

Its totally random. I got my first Implant from Federal Administration when I had a corpstanding of 7+ while using a Q 18 eQ 34+ Agent. I got an Implant from another corp after 2 days working with a Q 10 Agent.
I heared in channel of someone wo got an Implant out of his first Important mission while using a q -18 Agent, while his standard agent won't give him an Imp Missionfor the last weeks.
