i was wondering if anybody else has ever had unathorised payments from there r/l accounts?
i have recently and found that 3 days after a petition has started and i still have not even had a response frm a gm. has this happened to you people and if so what was your outcome?
hopefully i will get some kind of feedback on here before its either locked or deleted, mind you i think thats like hoping i wont get dd'ed in a kos fleet

Used your credit card?
Do a chargeback. You'll have a dozen GMs in your inbox before you can say "Rob me, and I'll rob you back".

Or just buy GTCs from an online retailer.
My two subscriptions are billed to my credit card, but with all these stories I hear about funny charges, I may simply use the credit card to buy 90-day GTCs and plug those in instead.

billing would be the correct place ... the other is for ship/items lost due to bugs and take weeks to get a reply

I was overcharged two times by whatever system CCP uses for billing.
Basically I paid for both my accounts with GTC, and they still charged my Credit Card for subscription.
Took GMs about a week to sort it out. But it did happen twice in a row.
