OOC:
The Paratwa Ra...
We are a team of mature Internet gamers who participate in this phenomenal EVE universe. While the group focuses highly on role-playing and encourages members to participate in such within the game, it is not required that you are an ôexcellentö role player as a prerequisite to join our ranks. The Paratwa does though have a strong emphasis on role-playing, strategy and combat, providing a coherent science fiction story line, which we follow in parallel with EveÆs but from our own style and perspective. We are striving to make this a mature recreational team - along the lines of, say, a post-modern flight-sim squad - rather than a random gaggle of arcade freaks. Our sect is founded on three principles. They are grounded in integrity, honour, and loyalty. These principles are:
I. Respect II. Teamwork III. Healthy competitive spirit
Our sect does not condone or support d00dz, h4ack32s, l337, Pkers, or griefers. If you are a player who falls into this category, or cannot abandon this type of game-play, spare yours, and our, time and do not continue reading this thread, you are not meant to or going to be with us. *smile* No offence, tis just not our style..
We are a pure Minmatar group with our own history and time line that we weave into the EVE universe, thus we ask those whom are interested in seeking us out to be interested in playing out the game in the style of a Minmatar. We shall delve into the RP side with you once contact has been made within the game. We have no problems with what ever level you are, newbie, vet or what ever just make sure you have an open mind and are willing to learn, willing to become part of our story in this universe. We would suggest if you like RP and tactics, seek us out make contact with us and find out that little bit more of what we are, then take it from there. You have nothing to loose but everything to gain. We are different in our approach; many will not understand us, yet those whom are ready to look deeper find something very special within us. With the recent influx of new players this also goes out to those new E&Bers whom maybe reading this. If you are into RP and interested in making the EVE universe that much more dynamic by your actions, merely look us up and see if we offer something that inspires something greater within you. To those whom are reading this and are interested... please contact myself ôPacal Balanö or ôRanduin Maralö in game, we shall as we said take it from there. Lastly, I/we have deliberately not gone into exactly what we are RP wise in game, it really is for you to find out. That is if you are inquisitive enough or puzzled enough to take it past this post. To those interested, please comment within this thread so that we may know whom you are and whom we should look out for in game. This thread shall be monitored and bumped from this moment onwards. Thank you for your time. Enjoy the game. We do. *smile*

I remember you guys when you where called Cizin's Arm. Nice corp guys. If you like heavy RP and love to be in a cultic organization with tendencies to extremeism, consider these guys. Lets just say that Oracle (with all respect to you guys at ORA) look like peaceloving cuddly bears compared to Paratwa. Always on the edge. Good Luck.

I've been playing Eve since the beta phase and only recently joined the Paratwa Ra. I have to say if your looking for Minmatar role play then the PR is an excellent choice. Great mature people and interesting storylines which really make Eve come to life. I'm enjoying every minute of it.

I would very much recommend RP interested players to check this corp out. (if you meet the race requirements of course)
I've been in an alliance with most of these guys and must say it's a friendly and mature bunch that actually has got RP going very well.

IC:
We know the path that is set before us, it is our destiny and our right. We know the path... we... "become" the path, it is... our destiny...
The order of Cizin's Arm still runs strong within us; no less do the fires of Cizin's Arm within our blood burn. Those of Ash Ock which is the Paratwan kind are bound together as one; nothing has changed... the path remains...
Cizin binds to us, his children of fire and urges us onwards with the "focusing" of the path.

I second Randuins words, to those of you whom know of us... thank you for your support and kind words here my friends. As you all know we seek always to make this place a better place for all by our RP, style and actions.

Hi all.
Well, I'm a clever guy with a mature approach and lots of teamwork ability. I love organising a proper game and not just floating about killing things. At the moment I'm doing low security mining.
I like saying things like "Im on my 4th cigaratte, my second glass of wine, anyone wanna come mining?"
I can also RP since I did this in my youth but, I also like to meet the person BEHIND the mask!
Please get in touch with me

There have as you know been those whom have had slight cannibalistic humanoid tendencies, yet there are those of us that do not consider those of the Amarrian maggot race to be truly human. Thus it is not truly cannibalism; we see it merely that we are refocusing the energies of those whom are dead. Focusing from "within".
Cizin calls within us in the strangest of ways at times my brother.
The simple answer is ôyesö some of us... still do engage in these practices.

My brethren notice how these amarrian maggots speak as normal out of ôpureö and ôunrefinedö ignorance. Tis a typical reaction of these darkened maggots to view our comments here in such base levels, typical and none the less expected.
Still, in time they will learn... and with that learning there shall be much feasting by some over their blackened souls.

Seek usss out... and we shall delve deeper into such questions.

'tis refreshing to see that the amarr policy is going to be corrected not by minmatar only. Our operations tend to be unannounced to outsiders until it is too late for the target. Let me quote from local channel ...

Freed slaves or free born are the minmatar who live in Heimatar, Molden Heath and other minmatar regions. Slaves are known to live in amarr controlled regions. (added:) But I could think to relocate to amarr regions to do some "work" there. The more, Paratwa have a history that goes farer back in time than a trolling amarr, who adds senseless "ic" posts in an "ooc" forum, could imagine. Our foundation took place long before the foundation of the amarr slaver empire. ____________________________________________________

And to you my brethren, I merely say... read onwards.

I once knew a man from Amarr who loved music from near and afar. He kept many slaves, loved traditional ways. I now keep his ears in a jar.

Beautiful Matar I stand among the chosen Waiting for the call

There was a former slaver whose will could never waver. He gave me a beating and soon I was eating. He became my favorite flavor.

In the dark shadows I wait patiently for them Vengeance will be mine.

Mar Cin,
We are a tribe of warriors. Trading is fine but a dangerous profession given the number of our enemies.
Contact myself, Dallenn or Drice in-game if you wish to take your enquiry further. We can explain in a little more detail and if it doesn't suit you then point you towards some Minmatar groups that would.

Salutations, my brothers and sisters...
((OOC:I'm a sel-confessed die-hard Roleplay junkie, having recently arrived in EVE from RP -enforced virtual worlds that slapped you around the chops for even the occasional emote, which was utterly fantastic, of course. I've done some research into where the true Roleplayers are and where they are not (each to their own, naturally), with a view to collaboration in the rich 'mythos' of EVE with any such that I have found. And I like what I see with the Paratwa Ra. I also would like to assure you of my own 100% commitment to RP immersion if one of you would like to convo me at any time to see how I tick.
I do have a very small test Corp of my own, but its being subsumed or any other agreeable deal could possibly be acceptable))
Hope to talk with one of you soon -and well done --fantastic job. --Ara(chne) Corona ( my main char.)

(I finally made it to see your movie ... Nice, very nice.)
I am not with The Paratwa Ra anymore, may their missiles and projectiles never fail, but I can recommend this unit from own experience. There is more within than the label tells. ____________________________________________________

Nicely put indeed.
It's nice to see some of my limericks floating about still.
I have returned, and I hunger.
Probably too old for bumping but what the hey.
