Currently I am training for tech 2 frigates, will be able to use Assault in 2 days then next is interceptors.
Anyways i realised i "only" need "Race" Frigate level 5 to be able to use alot more tech 2 frigates.
I am Amarr so is what race is prefered for me to crosstrain too? This is mainly for pvp-purpose, and iam to train for missiles soon as some nice amarr ships are missile boats. Any ideas? Will also get Tech 2 Cruisers later

If you're planning on Missiles, then Caldari.
Also remember that having a couple races to frigs 5 opens up Interceptors and Electronic Attack Frigates as well.
If you like Drones, then Gallente could work.
Minmatar won't work very well unless you want to cross train Projectiles as well.

Stiletto (Min Inty) is by far my favorite interceptor. And depending on your learning skills/implants, it only takes about 10-11 days to train any race's frigs to 5.
If you don't mind training up projectiles, the Jaguar (AS) is an excellent ship. Also, the Hyena (EAF) is a great anti-nano/inty ship for gangs.

Ye it takes like 10 - 10,5 days from level 0 - 6 for any race frigate with learnings 5/4 and +3 implants. But will first train Gallente i think... Caldari doesn't have enough low-slots for my liking

Caldari Assault Ships work better with hybrids though... If you got missile skills get an Ares maybe?

And here I am going to train Amarr frig V so I can fly the Malediction which I so much prefer over the Minmatar interceptors

With Frigates fly what you like the look of. Training Frig 5 isnt all that long and small guns take hardly anytime to get tech 2. When flying something like a ceptor though, remember that it is all the support skills (like Nav and Cap) that will take the time to learn and are quite boring.
