"Hi, I found some mining drones in the belt before, I cant use them do you want them? They look pretty good." many of them will say yes, proceed to pop them when they steal out of your can. Larger targets will require superior firepower. This does not usually work on barges, they wise up a bit, but, Frigate-cruiser miners it often does. I even got an apoc once. Had the rest of my noob corp, 5 others, warp in and slaughter the poor sod. And the best part is no sec hits, so you can do it again and again and once more for good measure ;)

One thing is for sure - someone always does Its a little costly but if isk isnt a problem do this... buy some tech 2 gear - cheap as you can - about 6 or 7 items, although 1 or 2 usually work. Jettison from you cargo about 10km from a gate. Choose a gate with lots of traffic say 2 or 3 jumps from rens or jita. Now slowboat back to the gate in your ship and wait for someone to head over to the can. Greed normally gets the better of most people... Zap

Used this method earlier tonight and I would like to announce my first eve kill so I'd like to thank you personally for giving me that little gift I then proceded to do it 2 more times so thanks again! Are you trying to get kill mails or stuff? You can always help CONCORD kill them after they aggro you, you know. Either way, end result is largely the same. You can also steal from their can first. If it were me I'd play this game in an innocuous ship like an Osprey and let CONCORD do the work for me. /makes fart noise
