Hi I'd just like to know if someone can be kind to answer, if I have already done a portrait swap through account services befor, paying 10 euros for this service, is it really a one time flat rate fee? I ask because I'm not happy with my portrait and would like to again swap for a new one but its asking for me card details, now asking for card details to me means you're going to billed. It does state its a one time fee therefor I should not be billed again but I'm just asking because right now I don't quite have spare cash laying around and I would be major ****ed if I'm billed again, when it clearly states its a one time flat fee.
If I won't be billed then thats great, but in future maybe CCP could put in some way, where if I have already paid, it don't ask for my card details. |

If you change your portrait and you're not happy and wish to change it again you will have to pay for it again.

Arouu's guide to swapping your portrait
Step one: Make new face.
Step two: make sure you like new face.
Step three: Pay to have face swapped.
I don't think you followed step two.

I guess its layed out and now I'm seeing it, its very missleading though, its says one time fee.
Screw that, forget what I said I'm obvously the idiot here.
/edit I still think they should change the text to say "each portrait change will cost 10 euros" because its missleading. Flat one time fee looks like you pay and then you can swap when you like. I mean come on I have always thought thats what it meant... |

I had zero problems understanding the terminology.
You thought that you paid ten quid and could then switch as many character portraits as you wanted, whenever you felt like it?
That's just straight ignorant.

I think you're the only person that's under the impression that you'd get to change your portrait an unlimited number of times after paying the fee.

I can see the trouble actually, the terminology as used in the character menu isn't quite clear. 'One time fee' could apply both to 'one time per swap' and 'one time forever'.
