i would just like to express my disgust in the time it takes to get an answer to a petition. surely this is an area where some vast improvements can be made. after being stuck in a station for 2days awaiting a response, and with my subscription up for renewal in 6days, it will be interesting to see if ccp thinks it is worth while encouraging me to renew it by settling my petition before then. if not....i might as well go back to playing wow |

A whole 48 hours? You poor soul.
Since it's obviously not something major like a billing snafu they are gonna take a while sine they kind of have a buttload of players to deal with in a game that isn't known for it's stability.

If you're stuck (can't undock) in a station, file a stuck character petition. Last time I did that I got a response within 15min.

I think WoW is a great game, their support is also one of the best I have ever seen, not just in gaming but in general compared to all kinds of companies.
But, CCP is one of the other companies with great support, as far as I know since '04.
So, what can we learn? He most likely made a mistake creating the ticket and need to calm down and if need be ask for help using this website instead of having a tantrum. |

If it's not a "stuck" petition, why are you 'stuck' in a station?

Yes I agree CCP should fire all the devs and use the money to hire customer service reps in the Philipines just so you can get ****** service anyway and we can all go without the constant improvements and expansions to please whiny people like you. I do hope you detect the sarcasm in this reply.

All my petitions have been dealt with in time, of course I was polite, gave a good description of what I thought was wrong and filled it in the proper catagory.
Oh, so many things that can go wrong from the customer side.....

Out of curiosity does adding messages to a petition reset it in the queue so its at the end of the queue again? or can you add messages and stay at the same place in the queue? |

If you have an active petition, which was not yet answered by a gm, and use "add message" for that petition to add something, does the petition get moved to the end of the queue again?
i.e.: current petition at place 10 of 217 petitions. you add a message, does it stay in the queue at position 10/217 or does it get moved back to 217/217 |

Am I the only one that wonders how you can be "stuck" in a station. Did you lose the undock button? I was always under the impression you could always leave, may not be able to enter, but could leave the station and run away.
Has something changed?
