Well, after a lot of hard work my main is about to go over 9.8 standing to Amarr. As I understand it, this will enable him to get BPOs for the Navy Slicer, Navy Augoror, and Navy Apoc if I've read correctly. Now comes the confusion....
Which tags are needed for which offer? I think I read in here somewhere that it's 20 of each, but I can't seem to find anywhere that lists which type (Sansha, Blood Raiders, etc.) that are needed.
Also, where exactly do I find the agents that offer me the BPOs?
Any help would be appreciated :)

You find them in the Amarr Cosmos Constellation "Araz" camping a gate or so.
Search this forum or some Amarr Cosmos web-sites.
You might also use the Ingame Channel Araz and ask there for more info.

Nope .. 2 run BPCs if I remember correctly.
Not nearly enough for totally borking all the other factions standings.

Blood Raider faction tags for Amarr. You get 2 run BPCs for the faction frig/cruiser/bs.

yes, those are indeed not a BPO but a BPC offers. I guess you must be pretty disappointed by this fact, but its the truth , and it makes sence 
Furthermore, if i remember correctly, getting NavyPoc requires 9.9 , not 9.8 Amarr navy Faction stantings, without skill modifiers ( connection skill doesnt count)
AND it's not 2 run, it's a 1 run bpc, for 30 diamond tags...All in all, not particularly good considering how long it takes to get to 9.9 level.

are you sure because the frig/cruiser bpc are 2-run

A friend of mine completed all 3 offers a while ago and according to him, Apoc bpc is indeed 1 run, the frig is definitely 2 run bpc though ( cant remember anything about the cruiser)
I know it would make more sence if all 3 bpc came as 2 run prints, but i distincly remember him saying it was only 1 run. Maybe ccp thought that one navypoc is a good enough offer.
Eithier way, i'm going to personally confirm this soon enough, i'm 0.5 away from 9.9 on my main

It is 9.91...9.90 and the agent wont talk to you since most of the time your standings are rounded.
It has to be a 2 run since all other races give 2 runs....I must know,i got them all.

I would like to know more where do i obtain this BPC ? I have amarr navy rating 9.9 (even without connections) do i need LP or just tags.. Where do i go to cash them in ?
any info would be great.
although i have a navypoc a 2nd one would be nice

Thats nice, to bad a standing of 9.9 with amarr navy dont help you at all. You need a standing of 9.9+ with AMARR. With the faction, not with a corp.
