This is a one week auction, ending the end of downtime (defined as 12:00 GMT) Thursday 31st Jan. All three BPOs are researched.
There is no reserve, bid the starting price and if no-one outbids you you get the BPO.
No buyout is specified but offers will be considered.
There is a 15 minute sniper rule.
Rokh ME30 PE10: NPC Price: 1,485 mill. Starting bid 1,500 mill. Bid increments 25 mill.
Harbinger ME40 PE10: NPC Price: 342 mill. Starting bid 350 mill. Bid increments 10 mill.
Osprey ME30 PE10: NPC Price: 25.9 mill. Starting bid 26 mill. Bid increment 2 mill.

Starting price/reserve on the Rokh BPO is 1.5 bill. Please match the starting price if intending to bid. They are already at NPC prices so you are getting the research for free.

I am re-listing the Rokh for one week, I am also setting a buyout price on it as 1.7 bill.

Well the contract to MDK was rejected so I guess the buyout is off...re-listing the BPO as a one week Auction ending downtime tuesday next week.
New end time - 12:00 GMT Tuesday 12th Feb.

Your initial 1.4 before you edited was more reasonable - but I still have no intention to sell at below cost price for a researched BPO.
I'm in no hurry to sell it after all :)
