I wish I had some mega cool banner to put here but we've never been one for banners 
Either way, Di-Tron Heavy Industries hit 2 years old last night. We've been in game two years now enjoying ourselves and having a great time. Some of our members came into the corp as singles, and are now married with kids on the way. Others have built homes, or changed careers. The corp as a whole has seen over a 90% retention of members that have joined over the years. (Outside members that have left EVE entirely)
We formed under the idea that we were going to be some major economic force, that we alone were going to mine out entire regions of ore. Within our first day of being in existence we were in war and have been almost non-stop ever since. We've had the pleasure of facing almost EVERY group in the game at one point or another and we've learned a lot but mostly have had a blast doing it. More then a few of our members have said that during those long wars of literally back and forth combat they've never had more fun. Just having to undock and PvP was an interesting touch compared to the standard.
We saw this great war start, and we've seen the game change drastically. When outposts were JUST being introduced into the game and jump clones were introduced. We've come a long way in all that time and I really couldn't ask for a better group of people to make this journey with.
So without getting to long winded (or wall-O-texting as my members have been fond of saying) I just wanted to give 5 quick thanks and I'll get outta your hair.
To our members:, What can I say, without you were are nothing. Without your tireless efforts to kill people, shoot roids, build yourselves up, work as a team and lead by example, this corp wouldn't exist and be the powerhouse it is today. We ARE in the top 1% of corps in size, and I believe we are one of the best corps when it comes as a place to be and have fun.
To our directors: Maybe you don't hear it enough, or maybe you don't know. But this corp would be nothing without you, I choose our leadership structure to be wider at the top for a reason and you've NEVER once disappointed me. You go above and beyond the call of duty so many times, the members might not see everything you do but I know if they did they'd thank you for it.
To our alliance: We helped form ATLAS and we've never been disappointed since, we've grown, we have great times and it's one of the best for team work I've ever experienced in any game. You guys rock and I thank you daily with how much fun this has been!
To our allies: Smash, Roadkill, Chaos, and the others that we don't deal with daily. You guys have made this seriously FUN. Peoke, Scooter and Gyle I know you represent your alliances and I hear almost daily how much fun you guys make gangs, wars, and just being neighbors. Thanks for the opportunities and all the good times so far and to come.
To EVE: Yeah, we don't hear this too often. But thank you, from Goons to BoB, to Tri to MC, Reading the forums (rust or here) daily has become my 'newspaper' in the morning and while some might kill each other and blow each other to bits almost daily you do add to the tapestry that is EVE. Thank you for making this game something better then ALL other MMO's, every player adds something and makes EVE stand head and shoulders above the rest.

Most memorable moments for me:
- Escaping Shrike's DD in O-2, warping off in my buzzard like the end of Fifth Element
- Dying 30 seconds later anyway
- Joining Eve one week, joining the corp and moving to 0.0 the next week, then having RA slaughter us the next week
- Seleene posting that if we ever ran out of T1 frigates, we'd keep attacking with bamboo sticks
- The time Ulmeck set off a smartbomb in the POS shield, and then kept believing us when we told him it was safe to warp back to the POS. Pop. Pop. Pop. Pop. Pop.
- My first cyno jump
- Getting our first outpost
- Getting our second outpost
- Our 1-year anniversary
DiTron's been what keeps me playing the game. Good people, solid leadership, and the ability to continually amaze ourselves.

I first joined di-tron back in June of 06' (where has the time gone?) having come from our former corp ACQI that merged into di-tron after flying in the wee old days with the likes of omen in the stacmon area (till goons infested). It is sufficient to say that we have come a long way with many surprises along the way; some being proud accomplishments others being disappointing defeats. Through it all however the friends and second family that di-tron is have allowed us all to persevere no matter the odds or enemy we find ourself stacked against.
From our infancy in genesis through insmother, wicked creek, deklein, cloud ring and now the drone regions - it has been one hell of a ride. To some the constant wars and PvP would be considered an impediment, to di-tron it has become our mistress.
Thank you to our friends and enemies alike, both past and present, you all make eve a truly unique and wonderful game full of ever evolving challenges and thrills.

For the record, i am a victim of a corp merger.
I flew alongside di-tron in my days in FLA. When my small pvp corp didnt have enough active members to be effective, we merged into di-tron. We wanted to fly with some of the most dedicated pilots in eve and this here is the place. I have had a blast in Atlas and flying alongside Roadkill, smash and chaos. lots of kills and lots of smack
i also am here cause ban said she wont kick me for my postings on caod. hi5 o/\o

To xDeathx, gotta admit some of the toughest fighters around, always fun to fight.
To Intrepid Crossing, the sheer amount of fights we have is sick (but tons of fun). No smack that I know of between DTHI/ATLAS and IC, and Farham a stand up guy btw.
White Aero & Arcana Imperii Ltd, yeah I remember ICA alliance and fighting those wars good times. Gave us some of our earliest fights, I think we have 40 ppl in corp, and the best ships we had were brutix's with tech 1 named that we got outta complex's of our own.

I've only been in this corp for about a month. And it is the best time I have ever had. The corp is worth it just for the directors alone. Banlish's presence makes you just want to do stuff. And Bobby's presence makes you feel that you are not just part of some roaming gang, but are part of a well-organized military force. And Barq's presence just makes you feel poor.
I had just recently joined when DMC was attacked, and I was part of the first wave of reinforcements, and I had never seen nor even thought of such an amazing display of an alliance's strength and response time.
I may be new, but I have already decided that I will fight for Di-tron to the very end.
(sorry for the directors I left out, I still haven't gotten a chance to really meet most of you.)
