This is exactly what we need more of: fixes to the many little bugs and inconsistencies, rather than grandiose changes.
Next up: local chat window doesn't need to be seperated and respositioned every time I log in??

More hit points have also been added to Mobile Laboratories; they are now a little more resistant to attack when the occasion comes that they are vulnerable.

Interesting. In the last week or so i'm getting essentially the reverse of this at random, where by i have to reposition my Local back into the stack of chat windows.

Fix...
Becuase you dont have more than 900k Sp and do anything apart from explde things doesnt mean teh rest of us dont care

So now you can let your hisec pos run out of fuel without worrying about suicide attacks any more.
Material Waste Fix:
I thought they were about to correctly fix mineral compression and reduce the size of those modules that they made 100m3 for no reason at all. But nope...

I have a similar problem, i seperate local and corp chat out ahd dock corp to my overview on the bottom, minimized or no, if i dock or log out when i come back in the overview, selected item box, drones box, corp and local chats are all smushed to about 2 lines tall.
