So ive decided to train for a phobos, what intrests me the most is the infinate warpscrambler rather then the bubble 
So anyone have any suggestions as for how to set one up for solo/small gang pvp in lowsec and the like?
Do you fit Dual MAR II's, or do you settle for one. any plates? The extremely high armor resistances kinda seem to make up for using a single repper.
For the moment i was thinking about this:
5x Heavy Ion II's
1x Warp disruption field generator with script.
1x MWD
1x 90% web
1x Med electrochemical cap booster /w 800's
1x Sensor booster II with scan resolution script
2x MAR II's
1x EANM II
1x Explosive hardner II
2x Magstab II's
2x Auxiliary nano pumps.
When in gang i will drop atleast 1 magstab for aditional tanking, if i have a logistics cruiser and atleast some ECM with me il drop 1 rep and both magstabs to fit a plate+ aditional resist, or something like that.
Any experienced phobos pilots that feels like sharing their setups?

You wont last long enough to kill larger targets.

lack of drones is the main problem with phobos..And then u have "only" ions fitted, which reduces your dps even more.
Phobos is gang ship, for at least two members. U wont kill alot if u are solo fighting. Any BS can tank u while dishing more dps then u..
I would rather drop one mfs and fit additional EANM..

must have suitcase II. Go for tank or you won't last long enough to kill anything

forget about gank on that ship, go for all out tank.
your job is to just keep the target in place while the others kill it

suitcase would be better than an eanm, and grab a TS reactive membrane- cheap and passive.
w/ good gunnery skills and faction ammo this is actually half-way viable solo. I wouldn't fly it though. I must agree with the others on using all the lows for tank and simply using it to tackle for the gang.

Like i suspected then, and by "solo" i mean like being a total ass that ganks barges in belts etc.
So i changed highs to Electron II's
Lows to:
1x MAR II
2x EANM II
1x DC II
1x 800mm RT
1x Explosive hardner II
2x Trimarks,
for bubbling large fleets I'll prolly skip the guns all together, or go for small ones and Dual 1600MM/trimarks and rest resistance mods, thats like 16-17k hp.
But i most likely would gang up with a friend or 3 and go for pinning people down. Phobos, Guardian, Rook, Deimos/Ishtar  mmmh

electrons , 2 MAR, 800mm, rep rigs.
Without the plate your phobos got like 2.5k armor, so no matter how fast you rep you will go down just as fast.
