Forgive me, another question.
I was looking at the www.eve-db.com website and i'm going to be a tackler for my corp, so i was going through the various means to jam/slow down people. There's a webber, Complex Stasis Web II, that has a top speed modifier of -122.4%. My question is why would you need anything over 100%???
Thanks

I think everything over 100% affects MWD or afterburners.
So if its -122.4 and you have an extra 35% boost from an afterburner then still get 12.6% from your engines.
If you have an mwd that gives you a 500% boost, you still have 377.6%.
Not sure though. Could someone confirm this? ________________________________________________________

Edited by: XpoHoc on 25/03/2004 18:51:02 That would mean that this web is worse than a 78% web.
Actually the module only has effect on your ship's standard speed before the boost of ab or mwd applies.

Why is "I think..." usually followed by nonsense?

It's "bugged"/incorrect stats.

Dalman's right. As helpful as the eve-db database is, it's riddled with inaccuracies.

I've got another question on another topic, but to the same basic ends. I've trying to design on paper(excel actually) the modules i'm going to put into a stiletto. I want to have 3 Nosferatu IIs for the high points :) But the way it's looking now that would require double my power grid. I've been looking through the database trying to find something that gives a boost to power grid, and the one i've found so far gives a general boost to lots of stuff, Power Diagnostic System II. The increase in the power grid is only 5%, clearly not enough :) Does anyone know of a low slot module that can do what i need it to do??? I've got two available right now, so really each one need only increase it by 50%. :) I figure since the one i've found only increases it by 5% it's a shot in the dark, but you never know.
Thanks

GREAT, gives me +10 so i'll at least be able to have 2 on there and as long as the targeted ship has energy, i should be able to keep him unable to lock, unable to move, and unable to warp for a good 2 minutes.
Thanks
