Please discuss. /makes fart noise

Then again, that's a crime in itself. Second only to "Don't fly what you can't afford to lose" should be "Don't fly what you can't afford a decent fit on."

Make another thread when you pop a CNR with Heavy Beam Laser 1s, passive targetter, auxillary power controls, WCS, mag stabs and astrometric rigs. THEN you'll get my jaw dropping. But for now, I've give this setup a 4/10 on the "Holycrap-wtf-noob!" scale.

Night Tripper Es and Whizz	Posted - 2008.01.27 20:31:00 - [26] Edited by: Night Tripper on 27/01/2008 20:34:25 that is a pretty terrible fit, and definitely for a CNR. but quite often i find people have bad fits and loose ships because they need to move something, but don't have any good modules to hand, and too lazy to fly to the market to get some. i know recently, i had a typhoon to move out of a low-sec system, i just had a few WCSs, and i think a couple of assault launchers. left a lot of slots empty. was only a couple of jumps, but it did cross my mind when i undocked, if i did get shot down, no doubt i'd have been ridiculed. i was fine, but i think one of reasons why you see people with really odd setups sometimes. NB if it had been a CNR i definitely would have fitted something better! edit just reading over some of the posts, it amazes me how some people have such a bee in their bonnet about other peoples setups. it's like we all have to fly cookie-cutter setups, and no one is allowed to experiment sometimes?
