I am trying to start a bidding site and am looking for members. As a promotion I am giving away 40 free bids per a person that signs up and 40 more to whoever gets someone to sign up. Right now this site is being ran by just me but will be looking for help to keep it stocked. I am in cali at the moment so new ships to be bid on won't be up till tomorrow. Please check site out and tell friends. I will be once in a while checking to see who signs up and giving out their free bids. Pricing per a bid after free bid is used up is anywhere between 100,000 isk per a bid to 200,000 isk pet a bid I'm sorry what was up befor was old prices I've been editing site to try to make it work |

I like the idea, but to be honest I think the bids are too cheap.
With 20,000 isk per bid, and 500 bids on a single item, that only nets you 10 million isk. Which means that if you were to sell a raven, I will only either get 10million isk off of it, or you will lose 10 million isk. |

It's not novel but a nice clone of the current bidding sites out there which will net the operator a good bit of cash. Here's where his plain has a huge hole and unlikely to succeed, why would you bid here when you can bid for free via the contract system? The only way this will work and make money is if hundreds are bidding like the real site. In the end though the only winner is the system admin.
Also surprised you don't refund the winning bidder's bidding fees like the real sites to keep them coming back. |

False advertisement. I didn't get any free bids when I signed up. 
EDIT: I just read OP completely, so I need to wait to get my free bids... 
Anyway I hate these penny auction sites, I only signed because of free bids.
