This forum is a joke. I've seen better organised forums run on a voluntary basis. This one, hosted and supposedly monitored by a proffesional software company is badly organised and lack many of the simple fuctions available in a raft of free forum admin software. Functions such as the ability to track your posts and search the forums would make using these forums a much more pleasurable experience. For instance, I'm having problems playing eve since my monitor blew and I've had to use my old 15" monitor. This old monitor doesn't support the res I was running eve at. I posted this problem in the forums last night and was hopeful of getting a solution but now I can't find my post in the forums. So I don't know If I can play eve and am considering cancelling my subscription.
So Eve could lose a player due to the shoddy forums. Good Job CCP. Get it sorted.
Btw this is getting bumped as long as I sit in front of my computer which could be a while. All the time I could be playing eve...

... OTHER sites(!) have search option for THIS forum, but not THIS site for THIS forum...
Anyone find the logic in that ?

I only just found out about the click on portrate to get all users posts, from this thread. I noticed it was clickable but assumed it would just take me to my character screen. I agree the feature set of this forum is very poor, but I have nothing against the layout and subjects of each forum. I just want one more for research stuff.

The reason this forum is a little different is because they coded it themselves because they initially were planning on having it working from the ingame browser.
