macdaddy	Posted - 2008.01.27 02:18:00 - [1] Well maybe it's just me but maybe this has happened to u, You are darn right broke and call on your friends for isk or if you have been lucky in the past call on old debts. your wallets flashes and you have isk and can get going again. until the gm steps in and removes this isk (yes i know about the whole buying selling outta game EULA and all that) then what well if you are like me you have a wallet at minus 367 mil cant place a buy order for mods cant sell anything in your hanger cos cant pay the brokers fee. hey i can fly an unfitted ship and thats it till the next loan comes through. yeh fine the isk was returned to my pal but then his account suspended cos they think he selling isk outta game. so cant ask him for it. genuine player 367 mil overdrawn mates account suspended petition worthless guilty until proven innocent = never gonna happen innocent until proven guilty = law i pay for this game what gives ccp the right to do this ( and no smart plp there is nothing in the rules about this) this is about ccp finding plp guilty before proving it. in simple terms you sell a tv and someone pays u with stolen money. would the police bang u up take the money and tv and leave u there (NO) comments pls inc GM's

Sucks for you, but if they let you get away with it you might very well have just been his alt which would mean he'd be getting away with it now couldn't you? Seriously blame your friend not CCP. ( right lets try it this way i borrow a grand from you and it's stolen the cops find out and freeze my bank not take it away and then they have to prove that the money in my frozen account is stolen) i dont pay to have police it law. i pay ccp what makes them a law to themselves, freeze my account prove/dis-prove the allegation im happy dont put me 367mil in debt and cancel a friends account sry forgot to click on my main and know this is not my friend its and alt i dont use

If your friend got his account banned for buying ISK then that's frankly good news. If you accepted the ISK in good faith then I guess it may seem a little hard but candidly, did you ever wonder where your friend got all his ISK from? Or were you just careful to not think about it...? If you still have a ship, maybe you have some friends who buy some ammo so you can rat or mission your wallet back. 367M isn't exactly pocket change, but it's hardly an impossible sum either. Want me to contract you a little ammo in hi-sec? I can spare you some cruise. CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that.

You know, just like a shop-keeper can ask you to leave even if you "haven't done anything wrong". And they didn't remove the ISK for no reason. It was RMT'd ISk - it never belonged to your "friend" in the first place, so he had no right to give it to you. My advice: suck it up and work your way back. And be careful about who you accept ISK from in the future. CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that.

macdaddy	Posted - 2008.01.27 03:31:00 - [23] he we go, say i did get a loan of iffy isk and had it removed i also bought items with this which means others have accepted my so call iffy isk and that should be taken from them cos they have profitted from this so called dodgy action so CCP Give the ships back to the players i bought them from and remove the isk from there wallets for the return of the ships ( i bet i wont be the only one in neg credit ) i will post all purchases i made with the loan so all other players that profitted of this dodgy isk also get penalised .

List off what you bought, ask nicely to have that removed and your wallet put back into the green. The fact of the matter is that while CCP is at times a tad overzealous in their attempts to hurt isk sellers they are still people, and just as they are capable of making mistakes they are often willing to listen to reason. So be polite, ask for something reasonnable (like having the ships removed en lieu of the isk) and they might just listen. Normally I'd add something about not posting this junk on the forums, but tbh I think it's an honest mistake on both sides and I'd like to see how this plays out. Just don't do it inside the Jita conglomerate
