Me too on the connection loss.  Can't stay logged in for more than a minute before it drops me. Probably an isp in the link doing maintainance.  edit. Plus the forums are acting wonky now.

I was unable to log in with my main near downtime. Tried a half dozen times. I was 1 region outside Jita (not in it). My alt allowed me to log in Metropolis. I sent a petition 3 minutes prior to server shut down.

one item much over looked when we have dropouts(me too) are our routers , mine was the problem, now sorted.
