Im working on making some vids from fraps i have taken, but the results are not as i had hoped.
How do you guys get these high quality vids?
Im running eve on a 22' flat panel in max resulution althoug i run it in classic
but my fraps files are so blurry, what can i do to get the same crisp image on fraps as i get ingame?
So the main question is: How do you set your fraps up?

What are you using to render your films?
Many people use Vegas or Adobe premier to render films, also are you using a dual core processor and recording fraps in full screen?
There are a lot of useful tips in this thread, i suggest you download the tutorials as for people new to making videos they are invaluble.

You need a dual core processor to fraps in 1680x1050 (if that's your resolution)... Otherwise Fraps defaults to half-size which is blurry.

Fraps will render full size upto 1280x800 on a single CPU, which is nice

dual core for fraps
but encoding usually I use Xvid for the base and then re-encode it into .mkv cant remember specifics on bitrates (2500?)...
