I'm not sure what TZ you are in but Decorum Inc have just started recruiting after a very successful 10 months. We're a relatively small (but growing!) and very active corp with BIG plans. It's going to be a really exciting year for us and this would be a great time to get on board if you want to help a corp grow into something great - There is plenty of potential for great career progression, and we are particularly interested in players with experience who would be interested in helping build up our PvP wing even more! DECO was formed to get away from the tangled politics of alliances and large corporations. You won't find us doing large, laggy fleet ops - we prefer smaller, tactical gangs and opportunities for solo PvP although we are very willing to join our Blues in defending our home cluster of systems where required. When we're not out PvPing, our members are keen on making their isk through scanning and exploiting exploration sites, and great 0.0 ratting in our local cluster of systems. We're a close group of PvPers aged from 21 to 30+, some of whom have kids - we understand the importance of RL priorities and don't get annoyed if you can't get in game for some reason. We're largely UK/EU/EST-based but this year are hoping to expand into more timezones. Currently our main hours of play are between 16:00 and 01:00 (or whenever we pass out at our keyboards!). Eve is a game for us and we like to keep it as fun as possible, whilst achieving our goals. Our corp members are all friends who enjoy a laugh and as such, we're not planning to recruit just anyone; only those we feel will fit in with us and who we think would enjoy our company. As such, unless you're super keen, we like to get potential recruits on voice comms and out in a gang so we can all see how we work together - and if you match our sense of humour, of course! We offer: * 0.0 Accomodation with plenty of targets and an NBSI policy * Full training in PvP if required, from experienced pilots * Many ISK-making opportunities including 0.0 Ratting, Exploration etc * Many discounted T2 ships and modules (primarily Gallente and Caldari ships) * Friendly, sound advice on skill plans and progression * TeamSpeak server * Killboard * Forums with tried & tested ship setups and tactics * Friendly, mature players of both genders * All Timezones required REQUIREMENTS - English-speaking - Ability to use Teamspeak (with Microphone) - NO trial accounts - 5 Mill SP or more preferred but open to negotiation - Personal Quality is definitely more important than SP Quantity! - Over 18s preferred but again, depends on the person - No pirates - or you must at least have a willingness to lose your neg sec-status - A great sense of humour and well versed in innuendo!
