All the windows on my screen are pinned. The checkbox for "Lock Windows when Pinned" is checked. This should mean that the windows currently on my screen cannot be altered. They should be locked...but they aren't, especially the chat windows.
I have 1 chat window that has 3 tabs. I have 2 other chat windows that only have the primary tab. These windows are all pinned and locked yet ever f*cking time I join a fleet, the fleet chat window decides to tab itself into a random chatwindow. That chat window then appears to be unpinned (it's opaque) yet it can't be moved or altered unless I cycle the pin button. This happens every time. So I move the fleet chat window to a location on the screen where I want it and I then pin it. The next time I join a fleet the same **** happens again.
I've run the log server, I've posted reports, I've sent petitions. I want to know why pinned + locked still allows the client to randomly change **** that shouldn't be changeable and when is this **** going to get fixed. Having to **** around with the UI every time I join a fleet is getting annoying.

Something similar happens to the drone window....it got locked but didnt appear pinned. I went like 2 weeks thinking I could not resize my drone window until i finally discovered cycling the pin button.
I keep the "Lock Windows when Pinned" off now.
suffice it to say, the UI still needs work.

they need to sack the monkeys and start hiring some programmers sure they might have to wait an extra month to buy new ferrari's but the game might be playable.

I have few issues with pinned windows going back to stack and also a 'pinned windows bowling'...
So, my local chat which is pinned and larger on the left side of the screen will sometimes go stack with my regular chat windows on bottom left of the screen... It's, hmmm, totally random at login, so reproductibility is not total.
The other issue is with all my well lined up old windows (like the old overview, but without drones) that plays bowling when I open a fleet watchlist.
So, here is how it is organized from top to bottom :
-selected items options (top right)
-overview list
-empty or watchlist
-empty or fleet broadcasts. (bottom right)
When I join a fleet, the broadcasts place properly.
When I begin adding items to the non-existent watch list, it bumps my overview list on top right, bumps the selected items outside the screen and bumps up selected targets outside of screen, leaving an empty space of the sized of the watch list between the overview list and the watch list.
Workaround is clicking in space, then tab-tab (out of screen windows comes back and selected items get under the overview list), then unpin overview list, replace it and repin it.
This is always happening and perfectly reproductible, I haven't made a bug report yet, I am quite busy at home lately...

Same issue here. Honestly, UI fixes is in the top three of my EVE wishlist.
