Has most of the refine skills(Inculding Scarpmetalling), and started his life as a Corp refine alt, has good production skills. Can very happily mine in 0.0 or 1.0, Can haul from a can to station (a can a trip), or from station to station.
Comes with a positive standing, no kill rights, and positive wallet. Will also have bits and pieces over empire as well as some low sec systems.
Can Use all the Strip Miners, some of the Crystals, inculding Mercoxit crystals.

I don't see scrapmetal processing in your API verified inEvE sheet.

I have all the skill books for the skills, I just have not put them in the head as something alwasy got in the way (refining skills normally). I will try and get all the skills But Freighter into his head in 24 hours, Freighter will have to wait till the end of Spaceship command (3 days left) Advance SSC(1 hour) then Freighter (1 hour). Scapemetaling I have the book for, and will be lvled before Sale, but that is one of the last skills that I will be installing (Its Metallurgy 5 thats the big one, and its done).
But by the time of Sale he will have at lest Lvl 1 in all the skills listed.
If there are any ingame questions, please forward them to Gisar and NOT Sir Wofen.
